A Best Friend is...

1. Best Friends are very special people in your life. They are the first people you think about when you make plans. They are the first people you go to when you need someone to talk to. You will phone them up just to talk about nothing, or the most important things in your life. When you're sad they will try their hardest to cheer you up. They give the best hugs in the world! They are the shoulder to cry on, because you know that they truly care about you. In most cases they would take a bullet for you, 'cause it would be too painful to watch you get hurt.

2. Someone you can totally be yourself around and not give a care in the world about your actions or feelings because they won't judge you for the stupid things you may do or say.

This is soooo true in my life! I miss my friends from back home and can't wait to see them. They are friends forever and I will never lose them EVER! I am so thankful for my best friends that are always there for me... I will always be there for you!

And It Has Begun

So I'm sitting here enjoying my summer themed music and it's snowing outside mostly just on the mountains, but this is craziness! Being at the base of the mountains I feel like in an hour or so I should be heading up the mountain to go boarding, because the only time I'm normally near mountains is during February break during the Openshaw Family annual ski trip. But nope this is my new life and I guess I'll just have to get used to it! But don't think I'm complaining about the weather. It reminds me of home. Boston is known for it's rainy cold weather and wetness. I can finally crack out all my sweaters, jackets, coats and warm clothes... the only thing I don't really have is closed toed shoes. I wore sneakers all through high school, we weren't allowed to wear boots with our uniforms, so I might just need to break into my bank account and buy me some boots. Ah I love the brisk weather, just not the rain.
